Loreto Abbey Dalkey has an outstanding tradition of sportsmanship. Students are encouraged to participate in and enjoy a variety of games at all levels.
P.E. is provided for all classes and includes activities such as swimming, self-defence and aerobics at various stages throughtout the pupil’s school career.
Sports include hockey, basketball, football, GAA, athletics, tennis and sailing. Teams represent the school in Loreto, Leinster and national competitions.
The school has an Astroturf pitch with flood lighting, as well as refurbished basketball facilities.
