A squad of First Years participated in the FAI 5-a-side soccer competition for Dublin schools on Thursday.  Having played four matches, they eventually defeated Blakestown Community School in a penalty shoot-out and are now through to the Leinster Finals.

 

  • Corey Holland and Sophia Kilroy who were awarded Entrance Scholarships to UCD
  • Aislinn Ní Mhadagáin who received an Entrance Exhibition Award to Trinity College
  • Caoimhe O’Connor who won a Religion Teachers’ Association Award for high achievement in the Leaving Certificate Religious Education examination

We are in the process of releasing the student name, both parents/guardians’ names, email addresses and mobile numbers that are on file to your parent representative on the Parents’ Association Executive.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Further to instructions from the Department of Education and Skills, the school will remain closed tomorrow (Tuesday 17th October), so that we can assess any damage to our building and/or services.

Congratulations to Rachel Bennett (3rd Year), whose entry “More is More and Less is a Bore” has been chosen to appear in the Texaco Children’s Art Calendar for 2018.

The 3rd Year Parent Teacher meeting, postponed due to the recent storm, is now rescheduled for Tuesday November 14th (16.15-18.45).  Classes will finish for all years at 15.35 on that day.
