We would like to thank our editor, Ms. Emily Manning for all of her fantastic work on the Dalkey Diary this year. It is a real reflection of all that goes on in school.
This week we also attach the Loreto Abbey Dalkey Global Cookbook. This is a collection of recipes submitted by students and compiled by the Justice and Peace Group. The recipes are from around the world and reflect the rich cultural diversity of our school community. Happy Cooking!
